Close customer relationship
We place great emphasis on establishing close and long-tem relationships with our customers in order to develop the level of familiarity with their business, internal structures and terminology that is often critical to producing translations to a high professional standard. We view translation as a two-way process and in the course of our work are often able to provide feedback to customers that enables them to improve the quality of their source texts.
Accumulation of expertise
By focusing on a single language combination, we are better able to deal in depth with translation issues that are specific to particular subject areas or customers. Unlike most other translation companies, most of our work is handled by inhouse translators, supported by a small group of external freelance translators who function as an integral part of the team and contribute their own specialist areas of expertise.
Commitment to quality
Each translation is subject to meticulous revision by a second translator. This extends beyond simple checks for omissions and mis-translations to an iterative process of editing and consultation between the reviser and the translator. We also use specialist software that helps us to ensure consistency of terminology and style, and to capture customer-specific requirements. Alongside translation quality, we also attach great importance to process quality and have developed proprietary workflow software to minimise the possibilities for human error along the process chain.
Our aim is to make our pricing as transparent as possible, and we provide a cost estimate with every job confirmation.
